Soundfoam C is a family of cellular flexible foam products for sealing applications to control unwanted conditions including chemical and particulate contamination, airflow, noise, vibration, RF-EMI, ESD, and thermal loss.

The Soundfoam C product family is known for being compliant and resilient. Very dense in appearance and feel, Soundfoam C products effectively gasket electronic equipment and peripherals, medical equipment, heavy duty vehicles, HVAC, and aircraft. They are commonly used between metal or structural components adhered with aggressive pressure sensitive adhesive systems—available with and without polyester carrier.
They meet a wide class of industrial standards, including flame and smoke resistance (UL, FAR, ASTM, and FMVSS). They have low compression set grades, and high coefficient of friction for anti-slip applications.
Soundfoam C products are offered in sheets or rolls in thickness from 1/32” to 3”, or as flat custom die cut parts, which can be processed with “kiss cut” for ease of installation. Soundfoam C sealing products can be laminated with films, facings, or foils to create unique composite configurations.
