Soundfoam M
Soundfoam M (also known as M foam) is engineered to provide consistent acoustic performance in demanding environments. Its fine, uniform cell structure enables efficient sound absorption while maintaining durability under temperature changes, vibration, and humidity.
Acoustic Performance
Soundfoam M absorbs sound by converting sound wave energy into heat through its open-cell structure. Tested to ASTM E1050, it delivers reliable noise reduction across mid- and high-frequency ranges.
When used with facings or barrier materials, Soundfoam M also improves low-frequency performance by lowering coincidence frequency.
Why Choose Soundfoam M
- Broad frequency sound absorption
- Lightweight, flexible, and durable
- Moisture and chemical resistance
- Available with adhesive backing
- Suitable for OEM and retrofit applications
