Wearmax CCF

Wearmax is the name of a family of acoustic/thermal floor mats designed specifically for off-road and heavy duty vehicles; construction and mining equipment; trucks, buses and motor coaches; rail cars and occupational vehicles. The common element of Wearmax is the unique top wear surface made from a modified vinyl formulation which imparts the benefits of a rubber mat with the wear qualities of vinyl.

Wearmax is available in various densities and decoupler layers for optimizing acoustical performance while achieving overall weight objectives for the vehicle. Individual layers are permanently bonded together, which avoids delamination issues common with typical glued-together floor mats.

The surface is resistant to degradation by inorganic acids, organic acids, reducing agents, detergent solutions, alcohols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oil, amines, and aldehydes.
